• Send and receive WhatsApp messages via the Meta WhatsApp Business API.
• Manage contacts and conversation history.
• Send bulk WhatsApp template messages.
• Manage WhatsApp message templates.
• View message analytics and reports.

3. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

By using our platform, you agree to comply with:

• Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
• Meta's Platform Terms
• WhatsApp's Commerce Policy and Messaging Guidelines
• All applicable local laws and regulations

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent from contacts before sending WhatsApp messages.
• Using only approved WhatsApp message templates for outbound messages.
• Keeping your access tokens and credentials secure and confidential.
• Ensuring the content of your messages complies with WhatsApp policies.
• Not sending spam, phishing, or misleading messages.
• Not using the platform for illegal activities.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals.
• Circumvent WhatsApp's rate limits or usage policies.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in activities that violate WhatsApp's policies. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fuiox Technologies is not liable for:

• Message delivery failures caused by WhatsApp/Meta service issues.
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Actions taken by Meta/WhatsApp regarding your WhatsApp Business Account.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and code are owned by Fuiox Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
